Prof Kennedy is a medical academic at Trinity College Dublin (since 1984) with particular interest in nutrition and in coeliac disease. He runs the multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic at St James’s Hospital (Dublin) for patients with coeliac disease (since 1995), in collaboration with consultants in the gastroenterology unit and with staff from the hospital department of clinical nutrition.
Sarah is the founder of Eatwell and has over 20 years’ experience working in nutrition and dietetics. Sarah works with food companies on food legislation and product development as well as delivering workplace wellness sessions and nutrition courses. Sarah is an outstanding speaker on nutrition whether she is delivering a nutrition session or speaking on radio & television.
Nicola is passionate about teaching people how to feed themselves healthy, wholesome and nutritious food. Her focus is on leading a healthier lifestyle, ‘diets’ aren’t sustainable in the long run so instead she shows her readers how they can unlock the shackles when it comes to food rules and eat food they enjoy all year round.
Suzanne Clarke is a Personal Trainer with Feel Fit Gym in Navan with over 20 years experience in teaching, coaching and training clients. A lifelong coeliac, diagnosed at the tender age of 2 and diagnosed with osteopenia more than a decade ago, Suzanne appreciates the importance of both a healthy diet and a strong exercise regime.
Jane Negrych is the Managing Director of The Sanctuary. She has completed her MSc: Studies in Mindfulness with The University of Aberdeen and is an Honorary Lecturer on the programme. She also teaches on the Caring for the Caregivers programme, the SWAY Programme and the MBLC: Being Present Teacher Training for The Sanctuary.
